Does Shadow of Mordor Run at 720p/30fps on Xbox One?

Tomb Raider is 1080p (900p cutscenes) on Xbone... the framerate is 30fps vs 45-60fps on PS4.

While we have to say that we don't know how the framerate on Xbox One would be unlocked.
