It does give you a reminder of the value that consoles offer. My graphics card alone set me back as much as the PS4 when I bought it

But the 670 is a lot more powerful than the PS4 vga. I still think you can get better graphics with your card.

It's highly unlikely that PS4 will run this game on 1080p with Ultra settings.

The efficiency as others have pointed out outweighs the power differences. Ultra will be only slightly just above the PS4 because that's the cheapest thing to do. There's little incentive to really push the boundaries on PC because nobody can make money developing for just PC if they're pushing for super high end graphics

Star Citizen is the exception... Hence my huge investment in the game
