Link to the Past Link. This guy has 3 medallions that can do Thunderstorms, Earthquakes, and Fire Eruptions. Has the Sword Beam, has the Pegasus Boots, Silver Arrows, the Red Mail (can reduce damage by 75% percent), an invisible cloak, and basically has all the abilities OOT Link has. LTTP Link faced Harder bosses IMO.
Only thing OOT Link has over ALTTP Link is Din's Fire, Favore's Wind and Nayru Favor, but ALTTP has similar items to match those.
Link's Awakening Link is no Slouch either. Having the Rockhound Feather with the Pegasus Boots is a deadly combination as well.
