What's fun is that Ratchet can use the Golden Groovitron against her, and force her into a dancing frenzy. This thing works with Main Bosses, so someone like Samus is no exception. Then Ratchet can use the Rift Inducer while she's dancing and she'll get dragged to another dimension by Fred. Most likely she'll be alien food while she's still dancing, making her unable to defend herself.
Also, I can't believe I'm gonna say this, but Jak has the Supernova too, which can blow most of the SSB team to smithereens.
