You made a comment and I showed you a game that looks exactly like concept art. The underlying point though is that in most cases concept art is just concept art. And is just there to set the tone for the actual development of the game and not that he game is designed to look exactly like it. If every game looked like concept art even if all those games looked good then they would all look like drawings.

Even movies have concept art. And that gets thrown completely outta the wind the second the put a human being in front of a camera.
