But they only buy companies when they win. Just ask Superbot. They don't just mold their losers, they shut them down.

The company was created by former Sony employees who wanted to strike it big on their own get get bought out by Sony. Instant funding, instant millionaires. Think about it. Sony doesnt just randomly buy companies, which is why they werent impressed with the turnout with them even though they invested in them. They'll probably give them another chance like they did Insonniac, but thats probably about it.

Sony Santa Monica created a better system for the God of War Brawling system than Superbot did trying to create their own version of Super Smash. SSM proved with their great development skills that they dont need to be Nintendo, all they need to do is be Sony.
