Nice try but I can counter that. Ratchet uses Golden Groovitron, the entire Smash Bros Roster is forced to dance against their will for as long as Ratchet decides. Meanwhile, Ratchet also uses His Rift Inducer to take Kirby to another Dimension. Jak freezes time, Sly steals every item of importance that the opposing team has, and Kratos uses the Master Sword to kill Ganon. Cole destroys Samus's suit using his powers, Ratchet (while also still using the Groovitron) uses the RYNO V and you won't have anything left of Donkey Kong. Link can't do shit now because he doesn't have any useful gear at all. Sonic can't move because he's stuck dancing, so big daddy is free to go and drill him to death. Zeus and Cole cooperates, and shock the rest, the end.

I didn't know that Ratchet had light speed reaction. Sonic can just buzzaw through him at lightspeed. In Sonic 06, Sonic became 1-3 of time. MegaMan also has a time stopper and is immune to time stops. Kratos can't use the Master Sword, Fi won't allow it. Cole can't destroy the suit of Samus. The suit can withstand lava, the entire electricity grid of the earth and the gravity of Zebes, which has 865 G. To put that into perspective, the sun produces a gravitational force of 25G.

You don't need light speed reactions when your backpack/sidekick is the keeper of time. They freeze time, and then it's Mega Man versus all the PSAS guys. That would be an easy match for PSAS. Now Ratchet can use the Groovitron, and instead of Cole destroying Samus's suit, Ratchet can shoot a black hole at her. You said it can stand 865G, how about infinite Gs?
We can throw Ganon to another dimension along with Kirby if you say that Kratos can't wield the Master Sword. Ness, while insanely powerful, is still human, and won't be able to do anything to defend himself. The entire SSBB roster would be forced to stand (dance) while the PSAS guys kill them one by one. They won't even know what's happening as they won't have control over their own brains.
