The 360 has yet to "fire its salvo" this year. If NG2, Banjo Kazooie, Gears II, Halo Wars (etc) come out and its still selling badly - then MS might worry.
As someone pointed out, sales have risen year on year. It doesn't matter at all that its currently being outsold by the PS3.
