So reviewers are docking Smash 10 points or more for no reason?

I've watched hours of the game on Twitch with people playing the Japanese version. I hardly saw network issues. It looks fantastic and is definitely a 9+ game. The Wii U version is going to be a smash hit. (harharhar...)
