Yes, I am bothered by it. I think that anytime a big game is on the Wii it's a complete waste. Big AAA games should be for the console that can handle them, not the Wii. Small AAA game with low development costs and niche status should go to the Wii and DS.

Totally agree here; low spec consoles should be deprived of BIG AAA games, like the PS2. Ohhhh...

When's the last time the PS2 received a high budget game?

It still gets the holiday stuff like Guitar Hero, Need for Speed, Fifa, etc., but those are titles that release on several platforms.

It doesn't matter when the PS2 actually did get these AAA games, the point is that "the X platform cannot handle big AAA games" is a dud. See FFVII:CC for the PSP.

Riot implies that big AAA games should stick with the HD consoles due to the fact that Wii cannot handle them with wich I completely disagree. Games like DMC4 would never actually work on the Wii, although a FF or a RE game certainly would.
