If the user base was the same or much closer, they would probably be selling more thanks to all that exclusive stuff. However, that is not the case so in a way. they probably should hold back. PS4 versions are gonna sale better no matter what they do at this point.
I'm no expert, so i can't say what the best course of action should be for them.
