Nomura has never been unable to deliver critically acclaimed games with a reasonable amount of time. Versus / XV problem were / are much more than a single person, it is a problem of a company and the obvious mismanagement. People with comments like "good decision" has no idea what they are talking about :)
The simplest answer is not necessary the right one.
