I really don't know what to expect.  I think it can do it.  If the PS4 doesn't do it this September, it may be quite some time if anyone ever does.

What are you expecting?


slightly lower baseline for normal sku  and 50k bump for each weak (ofc just on average. first week bump is much bigger.)

 

so 400-450k ps4 for september npd

xb1 in the  250 -  300k range

Seems logical to me.  The only cavets I think might make a difference are the fact that vinalla PS4 still seems to be outselling Xbox One's top performing SKU.  For this reason, I predict 

Xbox One 275k

PS4 575-650k.

Sounds bold, yes, but I still think its possible.  I also believe that LOtR and FIFA will sustain vinilla PS4 while Xbox One levels are sustained by Forza.
