Quite the contrary, I am not using it incorrectly. I am in fact using it as it should be used given the fact that reviewers use the right scale when grading, that is simply how it works and what the image is trying to tell you. You genuinely do not seem to grasp this very fact.
You are trying to apply a personal table where it does not belong.
