No. You are saying 7-8 is yellow (AVERAGE) when the real and accurate grade is 7-8 (GOOD) and 5 (AVERAGE)... 9-10 (GREAT).

Thats not what your scale shows... you may want to look at that image you posted again. If reviewers used the LEFT side of the scale, a 7-8 would be showing good.

Hint: 7 corresponds to 5 in the proper scale. 5 is not good, 5 is average.
