Why for the love of god are you working in subset 10, and rounding to whole intergers? 77 is a 77 is a 77. This is not calculator limited to one digit nor are we integer limited, our brains can handle floating point operations and doubles.
Metacritic reviews based on 0/100, reivews go from 0/10 on a decimal scale. Whether you write 7.7/10 or 77/100, is the same.
