A 77 is not an 80. This isn't the US education system, we don't need to bullshit our numbers. That's C territory, its certainly not "bad" but its certainly not "good" either, its average. (And the user reviews here and on Amzon are far worse...)
You generally have no evidence to support your claim of "positive word of mouth" no more than I have to support my claim of "negative word of mouth" or otherwise.
