Gamerevolver.com has an article up about the first GTA4 review being released which highlights the differences between the both versions. Its not the final build though. They say the PS3 version requires a 10 minute installation while the 360 is optional. Also the 360 version has frame rate problems while the PS3 is almost non existant. I would provide a link if I knew how to copy & paste on the PS3.
