The deal has a duration. The exclusivity only has a duration if they confirm a release for another console. They have not done this.

do you understand how timed exclusivity works? they arent going to announce a PS4 or PC version before the XB1 release, it will be a marketing suicide. but they confirmed it has a duration.

and going by your own words, they answered the first question, Does the exclusive to xbox have a duration? the answer was YES. meaning that it is coming to at least one platform after the deal is done. they confimed it, the exclusivity has a duration, the only way exclusivity can technically end is if the game comes out on other platforms, and they confirmed exclusivity has a duration. the question wasnt "Does the deal have a duration" the question was "does exclusive to xbox have a duration". they confirmed it ends, meaning they confirmed its coming to other platforms.
