so, then confirm that the exclusivity has a time period doesnt confirm that its a timed exclusive?. 

you are not making any sense. the exclusivity has a time duration, but it means it isnt timed exclusive. yeah, makes sense. 

The deal has a duration. The exclusivity only has a duration if they confirm a release for another console. They have not done this.
