Probably Tropical Freeze. I like MK8, but nothing about it really wowed me, and I have a number of gripes (no gamepad/TV or horizontal split screen local multiplayer?) that keep me from really wanting to put it at #1. Smash Bros will be good, but I don't think I can accurately rate the quality of a fighting game in a month alone. Bayo 2 will probably be good but will have quick time events so it will still be tainted by original sin, and while I like Shovel Knight, it's a notch below Tropical Freeze imo.
