I'm pretty sure xenoblade, splatton, kirby and mario party 10 will relese earlier than on your list. star fox won't be delayed. we'll probably also see animal crossing U and metroid next year. also, maybe the rumour of 3 third party exclusives like bayo 2 and devil's third is true.
The perfect release schedule would be:
jan- yoshi
feb- splatoon
mar-mario maker
apr- xenoblade
may- kirby
june- mario party 10
july- devil's third
august- remake?
september- animal crossing
october- star fox
november/december- Zelda, metroid, f-zero 3d mario as options.
other titles could be released, making it more than one game per month.

that lineup would be great but sadly its not very realistic, when was the last time a Nintendo home console had a 1st/2nd party exclusive every single month? even the list i provided is pretty optimistic.
in order for Wii U to get that great of a release schedule, Nintendo would almost have to abandon 3DS which they clearly wont.

your list was pessimistic, mine was optimistic. I think reality will be in between.
particularly, I think X will release in may/june, because nintendo clearly wanted it for 2014, but simply couldn't do it. ike mario kart 8.
