Yes. Most are reporting was that Mircosoft was waiting on the Chinese government to APPROVE games.. They only have 10 approved. My guess is that number was far less a week ago and they didn't think releasing the console with LESS then 10 games was good.. The approvals must have come last minute.. There are over 60 more games(some not released anywhere yet) AWAITING approval.
