No Core per Core Wii U has a better CPU than PS4/XBO using x86. Just X86 has more cores however the intel chip on Wii U is better designed and custom.
It's a much more effient chip. x86 need more ram because it's an X86. Wii U is a very well designed custom system. No it's not as powerful as PS4/XBO but the gap is much smaller than you think. In fact think of 6th Gen in power of PS2 vs GCN vs Xbox. Wii U might be more PS2 in comparison.
