Seeing that Forza Horizon 2 gets 1080p, given that Ryse as a launch game also ran at 900p and Destiny at 1080p, looking the same as PS4 version... Well, who knows how demanding this game is.
But what is still not sure currently is if it is a thing with esram size or if it is a power issue.
