Rule Changes: Must have at least 250 posts to vote. You can vote once every 4 hours.
You get one +5 vote & one -8 vote per 4 hours.
I tried to make a good list of characters and based it off my 'Pick Characters' thread from a few months ago. Not all characters could make it however 
The game is past the halfway mark so there will be a rule change to make things more interesting:
1) Each + vote still adds 5 but each - vote now subtracts 8 instead of 7
