you considered japan an indication:P 4th and 3rd...when in uk's amazon best place was 10th...what about france and Germany or italy where it was 3-6 for a long time:P? canada where it is 1st...and in the top three since late august, plus 5th in usa,will it do suprisingly good in North America?i think yes
