Doesn't seem like a bright idea, it would greatly kill interest in the XB1 if MS were to even consider porting the whole lot over to PC.
I want to grab an XB1 but I sure as hell won't want to if there's nothing exclusive to be had on the damn thing, MS needs to just work on both XB1 exclusives and it's PC side, either that or do a fair share of porting PC MS exclusives over to the XB1 so the XB1 users aren't left out with little value.
Apart from that it doesn't seem like a good thing to just mention it, people love to beg/demand once they get a whiff of a potential opportunity.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
