It does not change that it will be a flop, during the PS2 era sales of 100k would be enough to recover the budget, but not for a game with HD development. I correct myself, it will not reach 100k LTD with some luck it should reach 70k, as this series usually sells around 60% of LTD during its first week, and the movie could be helping it a lot.
Now if could make the release in the rest of the world happen? They don't even need to dub the game, the franchise is so niche that subtitles should do it for a lot of people.
