yeah my mistake, it was only due to Destiny, but anyway i already edited my original post, so it has the correct info now.

Sony should offer both so everybody will be happy

both? you mean western and japanese games? if so well, yeah you are right but they already announced a lot of japanese games just this couple of weeks so now we only have to wait at least, cant wait for Persona 5, DIsgaea 5, FF Type 0 among others, 2015 is gonna be great although this games may come to the west early 2016 to be honest.
