The product is not as appealing as the PS4. People, and MS, need to deal with it. MS needs to figure out what they need to change to make it worth buying over the PS4 and implement that. Otherwise just try to profit while not in first place. It's been done before and will be done again. I know people here are rabid as hell over must be first place and all but first place is not the only way to be profitable, even too often first place is not the most profitable.
