As for the rest, shooters may be niche but the WiiU is not a Playstation where these titles and this niche has lived for 15 years. HyWa will at best meet expectations in Japan and nothing more, you're comparing a AAA game to a game that had expectations of ~150k total in Japan and probably had a budget of a million. (Take out the bundle, ~15-20k, puts Destiny very close to HyWa openning week. Let's see if it has any legs.) |
We have 680k for PS4 against 1.91M for WiiU in japan fanbase, that is a big gap... have you been in Japan to see how much it was hyped or marketed?? No so please don't try to reach on it.
So shooters may be niche, but sine Musou aint let just skip this point and say expectations are 150k LT. And let's just estipulate a budget because that would make the point easier...
And you should be preaching to the person who started comparing both (a hint it wasn't me)... I actually don't care about the sale of any of them. Just said Destiny PS3 and PS4 could be looked together (hint, because NPD do as that) and that for individual SKU it will be a battle between ants, very insignificant and probably a tie.
Just don't know why you are trying to take all the value of the sales of Destiny and give all sorte of excuses for HW.
