Never said 30k was anything, a boost is a boost. I didn't see any of the Xbox Empire members saying tier 2 would turn the battle around, which makes me wonder who are these masses of people supposedly saying that. 

Well it tells you they weren't Xbox Empire members.

Or that they didn't post there... I won't name the guys for banning reasons, but some very supportive members of X1 used to say how much Tier 2 would boost X1 sells and make it overtake PS4, off course that was during February when X1 still hold closer to PS4...
