Smash 3DS sold 1 million copies FW in Japan alone - Can the Wii U version do the same?

Not in Japan but WW, sure!

MK8 bearly did it but that was during the beginning of summer where the sales are usually aveage but SSB for wiiU will come out during the holidays which = higher sales than MK8's time. Not saying it will outsell MK8, just saying it has a high chance in selling 1 million than if it were to come out at any other time
