You're completly wrong. Poland alone has 100k ps4 already sold, and ps2+ps3 had cumulative lifetime sales of over a million in this single country (both numbers official from Sony). So yes, you can have nice lifetime numbers in those countries (relative to their size and wealth). However, Sony contrary to MS actually cares a lot about Poland, and launched ps4 here in the same time as rest of the Europe.
As for x1 - yes, it was available here from tier 1 launch, and even publishers had published X1 games with polish language before official launch in this country (!). But now MS has run some marketing and promotions, and prices were slighly lowered. It's still unlikely to make that much of sales, as most of those countries are completly Playstation devoted and don't care about X1.
