Yeah, I am tired of being afraid to use my Wii U chat or post to people or accept friend request because I think they are like 2 year olds or something. I want to know for certain what ages are. My kid can hardly use his 3DS due to all the passwords I have on there blocking him. Thank god!

Yeah parental codes are neat!

As for video chatting in general,  I only do use it with people I know in real life. But I can see how it sucks to bond with another gamer online but feel worried if they are young kids when you want to chat with them. When in doubt about their age, just don't do it!
