The following will not apply to everyone here, but... a boyfriend might be less over-attached. Jealous? Yeah. But he won't check the browser history or try to look on the phone.
Oh, I just thought of a tip:
Do NOT save the login and passwords when the browser asks you. If there's a saved password, delete it.
