Nope, even if they make it X1 exclusive, it won't do much, people aren't going to buy a console for MC (They buy MC because they own a machine that plays it, not buy a machine for it).
And it feels like an MS deal moreso than a games division deal which means maximizing profits. Cutting out the best selling console (by far) of this gen wouldn't do too good, and even if they did, there's no way they'd ignore PC. So yea, nothing really changes.
