Project CARS will sell the most on PC's since there is almost no hype for the console version.  The people that are most hyped about it are the people that play the beta version on the PC and I doubt many of those will buy a console version of the game.  A lot of people that played the beta version of the Crew on their PC will probably end up getting it on a console.

Project Cars will sell a lot because its a sim and sim racers sell a lot on consoles. However I don't know if it'll sell the most.

Anyways what you said about The Crew does not make much sense. People who play the beta on PC will likely get it on the same platform.

Well I know at least two people that played the beta on PC but will get the console version.
