The New 3DS releases in a month, I reckon it's very possitive that sales haven't dropped.

Old 3DS being flattish could mean that the market doesn't care that much about the new model, so it's a bad indicator in a way.

too bad for you that retailers blogs like GamesMaya, Sinobi or Osakaking reported a crazy start for New 3DS models pre-orders (being the normal size more popular than XL). And continuous sold out in Amazon.jp

3DS sales didn't collapsed due to Smash hype.

Maybe he didn't know. Cant tell if he's really worried. No need though, im sure new 3ds will debut over 100k first week. Nice of him to show concern thank goodness
