This is the next peripheral Ninty will start making huge amounts of money off. My household "could" conceivably purchase 4 of these (although more likely 2 for now) - you can be sure Ninty will be making $5 profit (min) per unit.
If Mario Kart can sell 10m units - they could sell an extra 10-20m wheels. Another $50m-100m profit in the bank (and best of all - it doesn't impact their manufacturing of consoles or software).
