Mario, if we consider how many Nintendo games have with him in them.
They would lose 3D Mario, 2D Mario, Mario Kart, Mario Party and all the other Mario Spin-Offs.
After that it'd be Halo, MS biggest franchise they have a lot riding on it.
And then Uncharted, would be a pretty big hit, but since I personally believe that the 4th will be the last Uncharted game anyway I'd say that this would be comparably the smallest loss for the company that holds the IP of the 3. Now if Sony lost ND, then that'd be a whole nother story.
