If I was MS this is how I'd deal with it ... no PS4/Wii U versions. But yes to PS3/3DS. Why? Well PS3, when those people get hooked on Minecraft and want to buy a new console ... they're going to have to look at an X1. So that's fine, the 360/PS3 war is basically over anyway.
MS isn't really competing with the 3DS, might as well get some of the kids fanbase there and again the kids that have a 3DS and are really into Minecraft may ask for an X1 as their console of choice in that case.
So X1/360/Windows Phone/PC/PS3/3DS/Android/iOS .... is that multi-plat enough for you?
