Well the king of consoles is called king for a reason.... To compare the PS4 to the king in order to justify your opinion that the PS4 isn't selling well is rather silly. Nothing wrong with having opinions, but to those who aren't impressed with the PS4's sales, it's your opinions. Not facts. Opinions.

Aye, but that's what I don't get. xP I haven't been around here very long, so I might just have missed it, but I don't remember ever hearing 'Well, sure, the Xbox 360 is obliterating the PS3 in the U.S., and the Wii is selling like hotcakes, BUT its sales might as well be written on used toilet paper compared to the PS2.' Heck, it would have even made more sense, since they were in the generation immediately following. In this case it seems to be 'I bet you can't kick the ass of the biggest, meanest mofo on the planet! Right? Right! You're not very tough at all!'

Again, if they want to say that the PS4 is underperforming, that's fine, but by their metric, EVERYONE underperformed, so the criticism here seems to be that the PS4 isn't bucking a trend every other console's followed. =P It doesn't suggest the console is declining, just that the console isn't currently looking to be another 150 million seller... and even the most feverent Sony supporters on here generally suggest more along the lines of 100 million.

Wait, the original Playstation was pretty long-lived, not like the brief flash of light that was the Wii, and it hit a hundred million, do we have any numbers on THAT?
