Funny thing is that this "well enough" logic ignores that the PS4 is selling better than any playstation console before it. Including the playstation console that is still the best selling console of all time.

Lol, PS2 has been kicking PS4's ass pretty soundly for several months now. This month is par for the course, nothing special.
People are just specifically citing this month's numbers because they're the newest and most relevant numbers we have.

Again when did I say ps4 would outsell ps2??? PS2 was a freak, had no competition........irrelevant to you saying ps4 is doing bad it isn't...nothing will touch ps2,

190k is weak, PS4's sales this entire summer in general have been weak. If you disagree fine, not everyone agrees with you. These are soft sales.
The PS3's first August was 130k at $500 (that'd be close to $600 with inflation today) and it was up against far more competetion and PS3 was ridiculed for that level of sales.

Again.////////August was 190k because PS4 hit past 10 million so fast...I ask again how does 1 month negate a whole year of great sales?? And being the second fastest to hit 10 million? If ps3 had millions more stock it's august would have been below 100k that month.
ps3 was supply constrained ps4 was not...........................ps3 was at how many million less???? Your argumants are one sided and wrong.
