Wow. Someone a little hurt by the PS4's success? And your info is completely inaccurate. Sony made money off the PSP, and I'm guessing quite a bit of it. The Vita isn't losing them money, either. And finally, Sony is still at an overall profit for the Playstation brand. Sure, they burnt through most of the money they made from the PS2 before they righted the PS3, but the PS1 money was "still there."
If you want to see a brand that is still in the red, overall, look no further than the Xbox brand. They made NO profit off of the Xbox OG. And even though they started making money a few years after the 360 launched, it NOWHERE covers how much they lost in the first 2 years of its release. Why do you think MS investors want them to drop the brand so much?
