Yea, the investors probably aren't too happy about that deal, now. $400M, and for what? The PS4 to still outsell you in the month of release. They aren't really netting much of anything from that deal. That's why I've been saying I think 2014 is going to be the last year you really see these BIG moneyhatting deals from Xbox. After this year, if things keep going as is, investors are really going to be breathing down their necks about all the wasted spending.

$400 million is mostly for NFL to use and showcase Surface tablets, and to have logos plastered everywhere. Very little to do with XBox altogether.

While that may be true, it still makes the NFL more synonymous with MS than Sony or Nintendo. They also had a deal with EA for exclusive advertising, which was probably another multimillion deal. Either way, both deals haven't really done anything for MS.

Yep. On Football Sundays, you'll see the X1 a lot during commerical breaks. Too bad it did not help the X1 at all.....
