However, they instantly leave the EU, so any trading or EU benefits are lost. If they want to join they have to give up the pound. Because they are not in the EU food prices are expected to go up. One of their biggest banks, RBS, i owned by the british goverment, so ownership would be split.

They get 10% of the national debt and military.
