After the World Cup end, most retailers are selling the game for R$24,90 (U$11,00) . The lowest price I've seen was R$18,00 (a little less than U$8,00!)

Wow, really? I wasn't aware of that! That explains everything, doesn't it?

Even when it was more expensive, sales were fine, soccer games are very popular here, as you can see from the rankings. But with FIFA15 and PES2015 coming, the World Cup game won't hold this 1st position for too long, though it may keep at top 10 because it's cheap.
