Just because you don't like certain characters doesn't mean nobody asked for them. For instance, I'm very excited to play as Wii Fit Trainer and R.O.B. was one of my characters in Brawl so I'm happy to see him back.

I find the "Post of the Day" method of revealing information to be very good marketing. I wish more game developpers did the same. It keeps interest in the game alive throughout the development phase. I can understand the disappointment of some characters not making the cut but to call Sakurai lazy is just acting like a spoiled child.

In a marketing and professional business sense, his marketing methods have been slimy and devoid of morals regarding the customers. Lost respect for his brand, view post above.

Wow, dude. You aren't forced to look at anything Sakurai shows you. If you've lost respect for his brand, that's great, no need to be a dick about it to others. Your arguments for why he's a scuzball don't really hold water. You're just attempting to make people upset. You didn't ask for those characters, but certainly other people are excited for them. If you like the Zelda way of advertising, don't watch Nintendo directs, don't visit this website, and don't look at the pic of the day. You'll be super surprised once the game is released.

I bet the Wii U would sell more than 15M LTD by the end of 2015. He bet it would sell less. I lost.
